Do you accept returns?
Yes. We accept returns for store credit only or exchanges for another size/model within 30 days of delivery.
Do you offer refunds to the original payment method?
No. We do not issue refunds to the original form of payment. All approved returns are issued as store credit.
What items are eligible for return or exchange?

Cases showing signs of use, wear, or damage are not eligible.
Can I exchange my case for a different Kindle size or model?
Yes! If you ordered the wrong size or model, you may exchange your case for another size or Kindle model within 30 days, subject to availability.
How does store credit work?
Once your return is received and approved, we’ll email you store credit equal to the item’s value. Store credit can be used toward any future purchase and does not expire.
Are sale or discounted Kindle cases eligible for return?
No. Sale and discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
What if I receive the wrong case or a damaged item?
If your case arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect model, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll take care of it.
Who covers return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
